Returns & Order Notice

U.S. orders are shipped from our California warehouse and include local return and exchange support.

International orders are shipped from our China warehouse. Due to cross-border logistics and hygiene reasons, international orders are currently not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Since nail sizes vary from person to person, we strongly recommend checking the Nail Size Guide carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

 

At Vsalon US, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

Returns(US):

1. Eligibility:

- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of arrival

- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

- Gift cards

- Items marked as non-returnable on Vsalon website

3. Return Process:

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@vsalonnail.com with your order number and reason for return.

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

- Please pack the items securely and use the provided label to ship the products back to us.

4. Return Shipping:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

 

Refunds(US):

1. Processing Refunds:

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-10] business days.

2. Late or Missing Refunds:

- If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, please check your bank account again.

- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

 

Exchanges(US):

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us.
