I wish I could be leaving an actual review but unfortunately I don’t think I will ever actually get the product I paid for!! Based on the website, shipping should be done in 1-3 business days. It’s been almost 2 weeks now and my order has not updated what so ever. I’ve reached out MULTIPLE times to the company in MULTIPLE DIFFERENT ways (responding to the order confirmation email, emailing them directly, and the little chat bubble on their website) and I have not heard back from anyone not even ONCE. I’m so incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I’m gonna have to file a claim with my bank to get my money back but I’m not even upset about that, I’m upset because I ordered these for my friends birthday as a gift and now I won’t be able to give them to her!! I’m so mad, and will never ever order anything from this company again and I don’t think you should either. If they would at least communicate with me I would be more understanding but the fact that it’s been radio silence from their end, I feel like I got SCAMMED. I’m hoping this review will bring some attention to my issue so hopefully SOMEONE will finally contact me back! If I never hear anything I’ll be leaving bad reviews on every post of theirs that comes up on any of my social media. BUYER BE WARNED!!!!
